How We Made It Happen

We set posting cadence on Facebook, growing Saplings' presence through an organic-only approach built to work within the budget of a new business.

Targeted Community Growth

We create content for her region, speaking directly to those in her customer base, backed by consistent community management. Website optimization and SEO extend her reach beyond it.

We manage her Facebook presence and website with her bottom line in mind, giving her audience a clear path to purchase. Net sales are up 73% year over year.

Supporting Business Revenue

We optimize her website and product listings for social media and SEO, keeping her Facebook content and online store working together. Google and Facebook are her top two revenue-driving platforms.

 Bridging Social Media & Sales

Consistent Online Presence

The fine print:

Saplings hosts pop-ups and participates in local events in their area. We handle the social media and website side of each one, with before and after campaign support.

Local Events & Pop-Ups

Saplings is managed on Facebook only. As a new local storefront, it was the clearest fit: mothers in her community were very active there, discovering local businesses and sharing recommendations.

SEE OUR WORK

Fear No More Events is a current client. see what we've posted lately.

We planned & executed a social media campaign for a sale event in three days. Here's how it performed.

The Challenge

Fill the Bag Sale

Customers choose from three bag sizes at a flat rate ranging from $100 to over $300, fill it with whatever they want, pay for their bag, and leave. This sale event was first come, first serve, and four hours only.

The Results:

Saplings had been open less than a year. It was their first big in-store sale event, the timeline was under a week, and the campaign ran only on organic social. The online response required significant real-time crowd control and customer service.

60,000+ organic reach in three days

$0 ad spend on any platform

150 bags sold in four hours

$26,000+ in revenue in a single afternoon

Average order value of $174.72

Over half of shoppers were first-time customers

Saplings closed for an entire week to restock

Customers posted hauls organically, generating a second wave of reach

Now a twice-yearly event and the only sale promotion that Saplings runs all year
